General Information

Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.

Please check with your local customs office to see if you can import the items and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Customs Information

Import taxes, duties, and fees will be imposed on customers with an order value exceeding $130.00 USD and/or if two or more orders from the same consignee arrive in Israel in 72 hours with an aggregated value exceeding $130.00. (Declared order value does not include Loyalty Credit/Rewards/Governments Fees)

Shipping

All iHerb orders are shipped out from our US warehouses to your country by Air Freight.

The Estimated Delivery window provided by iHerb reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb’s control.

DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service is available for shipments to Israel. All duties, taxes, and import fees are pre-collected at the time of checkout to expedite customs clearance; no further payments are required at the time of delivery. 

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful or the store/locker storage period is expired, the shipments will be returned to the shipping company’s warehouse. Once the return process starts, consignees may get charged a re-delivery fee by the carrier. Unclaimed packages may be subject to abandonment, and no refund/reship will be issued.

*** For Global Air Locker with tracking service: If the PUP changes (Overbooked, Customer’s request, etc…), the carrier will send an SMS with an update.

Please note delivery service to Gaza and West Bank is not available via Global Air Home Delivery with Tracking and Global Air Locker with Tracking.

Restrictions

At iHerb, we respect the rules and regulations of the Israel government and do our best to block Customs prohibited products from our site. However, please be aware that sales of the following categories will be limited to Israel due to additional import permits or documentation required by Israel Customs: Seeds, Green Tea, Jerky, Eye Drops, Rice, Nuts, Baby Formula, and Medicaments.

Israel Customs may detain your package if personal import limits are exceeded. For food and supplements, a maximum of 5 identical items and a maximum of 15 supplement items are allowed in one order. Each food product cannot exceed 5 kg per shipment, and the total shipment weight must not exceed 15 kg.
